A $500 DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED TO HOLD A PUPPY PICK AND THE BALANCE IS DUE AT PICK UP DATE.  

PUPPIES WILL BE UTD ON ALL AGE APPROPRIATE VACCINES AND DE-WORMINGS.  VETERINARIAN CHECKED AT 6 WEEKS OLD, MEDICAL RECORD, AKC REGISTRATION APPLICATION, PARENTS HEALTH CLEARANCES,  PUPPY SPAY/NETUER AGREEMENT, SAMPLE PACK OF PURINA PRO PLAN PUPPY FOOD AND SCENT BLANKET.
